Heart Break
Mourning hours in loosing you, leaves one chilled cold,
Barren inside tears evaporated that said, “I did love you.”
But no more, no more, damn it, no more heart breaks.
“I am over you,” that record spins in each note missing you,
But no more, will I wait, will I pray for that constipated call.
Like a Mega Lotto, it will never happen, feelings oh so wasted.
How stupid it was, to dare to open one’s heart and let it dance,
Being swept off, alight starlight’s lover sparking delight fairy tale.
But alas, love is just a Juliet heart break, where Romeo is a jerk.
Oh Romeo, oh Romeo, get lost, you macho masculine stallion stud,
This female filly is done with your rodeo and wandering stable.
That you have as many women as Murdock has payroll politicians.
That like a Prime Minister, I am divorcing our close relationship.
You treated me, like Putin treats Russian Democracy in apathy.
No empathy, in being treated as lost luggage that is discarded.
No, no these tears are not for you, but for Romeo and Juliet.
Oh Romeo, where art thou? Not that - I want to really know,
But alas if you are with another, this heart break will grow wider.
In saying, “I never loved you” flowing tears.
