Indeed, at such times it does feel like the tides gone out, forever. But, it always turns.

ONE GOOD THING ABOUT 'TIDES'...THOUGH THEY TAKE SO MUCH WITH THEM WHEN THEY GO OUT, THEY DO COME BACK. SOMETHING WE CAN ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO IS...CHANGING OF TIDES. WELL DONE, CHRISTINE AND AS ALWAYS, ENJOYED. THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

Life, energy, laughter, light, love... I can imagine everything that is stolen from her and then, I can imagine how it all comes back. Funny how most comments are about the cyclical nature of life. Somehow, your poem implies the positive after the negative.

Stay true to yourself

A new ray of laughter - someday.
Sooner for your sake - I pray.

Somehow I can feel this one and synpathize with you for sometimes the things we value most are taken from us...but then again sometimes we push them away. Either way I can definately empathize with your poem.
