NJ is my family, for always & forever...

Jersey is not so much a place,

But a state of reality & mind,
Lived here all my life,

Gone through here all my strife,

NJ is one hell of a find…

Mountains to the north,

Beaches & ocean to the east,

Philadelphia, PA to the west,

The Delaware River to the south,

We’ve all grown here with a big mouth…

Lots of people, many cars,

Rarely with city lights,

Do we get to see many stars,

But to live here is to love here,

Rarely here do I feel fear…

"NJ is one hell of a find…"

Somehow that seems appropriate for a guy named The Jersey Devil. And make sure you take old Cuz Cur to the Pine Barrens when he gets there.

Yep I agree my husband Tom was from up North NJ and i loved it there. Not near the shore, but i got to go to Asbury Park Beach and Boardwalk ,and his family had a shore home there, so i cannot complain, was nice while it lasted 17 years, Good memories always i'll have, but that's, all.

Gotta love where you feel at home, Ed, whether it a castle or a cardboard box. When I lived in the city we made a lot of fun about Jersey. It was all good-natured, but it did get a bit raunchy at times. And you Jersey guys did the same about New York.
