signs you have been here

looking a little bit like us

You can run but you can't hide. Pretending you are not afraid is as obvious as looking in the mirror. Patrick

We teach our children rote memory. We give them knowledge. It is not often we show them how to think for themselves. Such is our problem with understanding concepts. The source of that is from within and not some external judgment.

I saw a flying saucer (along with my family) in Minnesota around 1965, I can still see it in my head, your poem sends goosebumps down my spine~

Apprehension indeed, I think therefore I am....confused. Yet the intuition in silence speaks of truth.

To perceive would be frightening to some...even to aliens. Excellent write, Vivian

Don't think I have read a poem about extra-terrestials before. I suspect the "aliens" would be the dissilusioned ones and probably fearful too given the mess we have made of our world, maybe we look a bit like them.

Heh-heh The "disillusionment of fear" is a great coupling of words, Vivian, and stating aloud the belief that we are not alone gives credence to a thinking mind.
