Not a chore,
Never a bore,
Writers know the score,
Opens another door...
Enjoy to write,
Shows the light,
Never with the muse a fight,
Better than flying a kite...
Passes the time,
Writing the rhyme,
Writing is sublime,
Writing almost like being a mime...

JOISEY ...
MADE ME THINK OF ANOTHER ANGLE ...
'THE POLITICS' OF WRITE ...
FAR LEFT = 'LIBERAL SCRIBBLING' ...
FAR RIGHT = 'CONSERVATIVE WRITE JUSTIFIED' ...
MIDDLE-ROADERS = 'TYPE-SET TEXTING' ...

| As A. R. Gurney (New York playwrite of "Love Letters" ) writes: "I feel most alive when I'm holed up in some corner, writing things down. I pick up a pen, and almost immediately everything seems to take shape around me...I love writing letters to the newspaper, notes to my friends, Christmas cards, anything where I have to put down words...This letter, which I'm writing with my own hand, with my own pen, in my own penmanship, comes from me and no one else, and is a presnt of myself to you....I'ts not a telephone call, which is dead as soon as it's over." ~~ Diana |

My muse definitely has a mind of its own. In fact our differences of opinion mean that my writing often turns out to be a far cry from what I had planned.
You are absolutely right though, never a bore and certainly not a chore, can be a challenge when it likes. |

| Don't know so much about never fighting with my muse, Ed, we have had our share of disagreements. Good poem. |
