Become a Fan

there is a piece of glass hanging

on the wall

logically seeing, it is flat

and empty

however, it reflects a room

filled with many shapes and patterns

casting the illusion

of seperate touchable things

reaching forward, my fingers

stop at the surface of the glass

experiencing its one dimension

and optical illusion,

the many things are

one single thing...

an image reflected.

I Love This Debby. Last year a Robin was courting it's reflection in one of my windows for weeks. I felt so sorry for the little bugger cause he even foaught with the other Robins trying to get his birf love attentions lol...you may have seen my post about it on FaceBook with some images. I realized eventually to open the window to the screen so he could'nt see himself. Your pen here though imprints lastingly with deeper meanings Love & Blessings Vickie
