Finally! I saw the first butterfly of Spring, 2012 today-- The yellow Beauty was not buying, just browsing, in the Azalea garden. This flighty poem has been waiting expectantly for this day! |

Two flitting, flirting butterflies
Drew circles ‘round the pond;
Gliding, hiding, loop-the-loop,
Then into the forest beyond.
With graceful flight,
They fluttered their wings
As if to bid “Adieu,”
Then kissed the nectar from a rose,
And flitted from my view!

Short, but sweet and beautiful, like catching sight of butterflies in the Azalea on a spring day.

| I really like your work. It is so heart felt and you see things as I like to. Often when I think of the sweet fragrance of God I think of roses. I love butterflies and the wonderful depiction of the wheelchair was awesome! Great work. I will visit you more often |
