this poem was written for my future husband.

Our meeting was different from past encounters.

my heart was heavy with thoughts of wanting you, touching you. Chemistry was truly off the charts. Never felt this way before. My heart is heavy wondering does he want me? Does he find me attractive?

My heart was heavy with those burning questions. Are we moving to fast, will in six months this even last?

My heart is heavy because deep into my soul you have gotten. Don't want you to regret our being together. Don't want to stop feeling what I'm feeling.

My heart is heavy with now knowing what true love, unconditional love is.

My heart is heavy because although you've been married before I would be so proud to become your wife.

My heart is heavy because I want to spend the rest of my life in your strength, in your arms. Forever you my husband, and me forever your wife. These thoughts make my heart heavy.

I sense doubt in this poem, hidden within the lines.
