Bi-polar is a dreadful affliction have awareness. Dedicated to a lovely lady

Hear my call, and my despair

I am tired, don’t leave me here

Do you listen to my voice?

Tell me please another choice

One day I sprint, the next I fall

Trying hard… make sense of all

Are you real, or is it me

Help me find reality

Problem is I can’t relate

I try so hard, sometimes too late

Tell me please another fate

Before life’s breath disintegrates

Come to me I need you near

Don’t abandon so much fear

Why so empty, why so sad

Feeling worthless and not glad

Hiding within these four walls

Thoughts are ceasing, no sleep a tal

No cry for help, guilt strangles me

Where hath gone my energy

Am I loved, or do you care

Am I worth it, so much despair

Squeezing out my last life’s breath

Palm cross my heart, I welcome death

Take away this pain from me

No moment more of suffering

No more succumb to all these fears

No more to shed another tear

Just peaceful slumber my escape

My only hope the one I take

It is Lilly, my uncle suffers from this and he has lots of ups and downs.

This is terribly sad Lily, their soul must feel tortured.

I know so little of this condition, it's hard for me to contemplate except that death may be more peaceful than trying to live life.

Again, this expresses so much, Carolee; as Adriean has stated, it is as though the feelings come right from your soul. Love and peace to you,

You write as if you are the person concerned, you totally put yourself in place of this person.
It's so very strong that, while reading, I can even feel these thoughts.

This is brilliant Carolee

The Smart Brain Train by Nina Anderson

A delightfully illustrated story that teaches children how to have a healthy brain with note to parents & teachers in the back. Great for home schooling...
