What beauty do women give...

Women bring beauty
To this sometimes
Ugly world-

Their smiles
Stay with you
And enter your dreams

From their lips
You save for your heart

Hands that caress,
A woman's touch...always adored

Women are beautiful
For God made them so
Treasure them...

I was having this conversation with my hubby yesterday. He seems to think the book, "My Friend Flicka" would never have been read, had it not been for young, sappy girls like me. And I thought, you know, there may be something to that... full of senses, we are--so full it kind of leaks out our eyes sometimes (and we secretly love that feeling of a good-hard cry).

Yours is a whisper-soft poem, smooth and flowing, and reminding me ever-so-much of my mother who was a lover of beauty, and who not only brought me into life, but brought the world to life for me as well...because God made her that way. I'm thankful. --Charlie

It is far too sad that all men do not understand this simple truth, how ugly the human populace would be without womens grace.
