I'm ready, Mr. Shrub
Ready to pledge
My very specific
Allegiance

Monday-
...one nation under Aaman Ra
Tuesday-
...one nation under Zoroaster
Wednesday-
...one nation under Aphrodite
Thursday-
...one nation under Zeus
Friday-
...one nation under Ba'al
Saturday-
...one nation under Shiva
Sunday-
...one nation under Me

Because my money
Reads
"In Mammon I Trust"
And I trust no one
Save me.

I don't object to saying "under God" although I remember when those words weren't there. I just want to be more specific. Whose God am I under?
(This one got lost in the shuffle and I would feel horrible if I lost the opportunity to annoy other poets.)
