2003. © Daniela Violin, All rights reserved Before time existed Forever was just a dream In the garden of Eden stood Adam and Eve Where forever began Years and years have passed and now I am that barren tree Waiting patiently in my garden For the one who will make me fruitful With his everlasting love To me, the barren tree Forever is also just a dream A dream that seems so truthful But is not yet tangible So I fall asleep Not wanting to wake Until forever begins Until forever begins for me

This poem is so personal it's hard to gauge. Until I know otherwise, I'll assume it's you that's waiting and that is sad. Once you stop waiting, the world will come to your door. Ron
