This poem is about the promise of love for life that turn sour and ending miserably.

The bleeding soul

The first moment of her love life
She was told, you’re my existence
The reason of my being, and
I’ll will love you until my last breath.

And the next moment; her soul bled in pain
A soul full of love that would sing for a dove
Battered and broken down into pieces
Leaving scares and cracks all over her face

Without wanting to rip her eyes out
Or break the silence of the night
She looked like she didn’t want to see
Gazed like nothing was there but a violent sea

I witness all they did to her with conspiracy in their minds
They fake their smiles that ate the happiness out of her
Left her soul to bleed, they smiled and moved on
Leaving her alone to pick the pieces

Her painful eyes with blur vision
Aimed, and targeted an eye
To the nothingness of the blue moon
High above the sky

Driven her away to a place without light
Forced to walk in the dark
Where there was no shadow
To witness her sorrow

I couldn’t stop; it brought me to my knees
Unbearable pain and guilt
Bugged me up for being helpless
What’s been said, I couldn’t repeat but will narrate later

Her lips dripped with honey
Her eyes hungry and gasped for love
Her breath begged merely for mercy, beads around her neck
Glittered like a star in the galaxy

She lay down helplessly, she moaned,
Wept and cried her heart out…
Betrayed by their insensitivity, her guts shamefully
Bled in shame while the wind’s horror called her name

Her heart had swollen inside her
Cracks were registered bearing lines of pain
That would cripple the innocent soul in her
She could feel it expanding the lines

As sadness overshadowed her ones happy life
She gasped for fresh air as the ship sank
Knowing she had to swim for her life
A deep sound kicked in stinging her ears
Making her felt like a blown away feather
By the crying heavy wind of the weather

A thick tickle rubbed against her nipples
Making her chin tingled with curiosity
Searching for fillings to seal the hole in her broken heart
She could feel the empathy being
Siphoned off her warm blood
In exchange for pain and misery,
Anger, agony and revenge
Her soul bled out; oh! Bleeding soul.
