If love is lost time, then most of us have lost a lot. I preferred Tina Turner's approach: what's love got to do with it.

Beautifully penned, Deborah....sounds like a life lived to the fullest...wish everyone would try walking in another's shoes...there's be no hate, bias, etc....

Walking in another's shoes-"
It takes a special soul to experience walking in another's shoes. This takes compassion and empathy. To experience what they go through in all aspects of life. Again my dear lady this answers part of that question you asked me :)

it's a priceless metaphorical perception:
"to walk in another person shoes"
and then too it depends on the shoes!
Can you image walking in shoes that don't fit?!
