Oh Hummingbird so rare hum a tune for me delicate and fair beauteous as you creating sample gentle breezes by pettiness expanding to a life of wholeness fluttering vibrant melodies staffed in goblets of succulent nectar fitting midnight enriched sonata Hummingbird responds to the lending of an ear for escaping those city barriers by letting heart flutter with the steady rhythm of a whip-poor-will calling from home in a valley on a long summer night for the blending harmony from night sounds carrying very exhilarating vocals prevailing against those dreadful ominous deafening city sounds As I awoke thru hopeful monarch eyes of a butterfly I had of my sweet dream confirming that I had been to the valley that night, back totally refreshed enforcing that I will return again and again renewing seminal wonderment of night visions (c) Batteries Not Needed 01July2012 Vivian L Dawson

When I read the title I didn't quite know what to expect, certainly not a dreamy ode to nature. The ploy worked for me. In all this piece hangs together well.

An albino Hummingbird is indeed rare. It is amazing energy that the Hummingbird extracts from the plant, powered only by photosynthesis from the sun. Of coarse, there is a little bit of bug catching to provide the protein for a long flight across the Gulf of Mexico. Ron
