...keep sending those prayers to God...

...the wild weather of summer is long from over...

The power is back,

The A/C on high,

The refrigerator on,

No food in it again yet,

That is all I for now lack…

So we all did suffer through it,

We found out who our friends were,

And I do have so many, I thank God for all of them…

Now our prayers are focused elsewhere,

For the other worldwide & country wide disasters,

Fires in the west, tornados that are bound to come,

Hurricanes from the south, but nothing for some,

Still prayers are sent out to all with problems everywhere…

My Mom always said you know who your friends are when you need them. I am glad it is over Ed.

You've had your share. I try to avoid these disasters. That's why I have underground power and flood insurance even though I'm not in a floodplain. You're right. There is much more to come. I think I'll write a story about it–my birthday–12–21–12, when the storm of the century moves up the East Coast and a rogue wave hits New Joysie. Smile.

You are a concerned citizen and a very kind hearted person. I'm sure good Karma gets put out by you and that's why kindness comes back around to you!

There will always be disasters, when we make it through them we are ever grateful and this gives us the strength to help others.

Bless you Ed there is much power in prayer

Party time, Ed. I don’t do much prayin, but in 2004 we went 27 days without power after three hurricanes hit us over a short period of time, but once the storms passed we found a lot of comrades in our neighbors. That never would have happened without the storms. If you look long enough and hard enough, there is always a silver lining. Dick
