The sun visits from outer space
Shining its rays upon my face
Warming the earth
Growing flowers
Cultivating the land with its magical powers

Oh how we hail our mystery guest
A gift from the heavens
Our flourishing success
On which our lives thrill and do survive
A guiding star keeping us alive

Sweet Suzie, this is so true.
We had the Olympic flame go past my home, I didn't bother with it, but I saw the most beautiful sunrise.
The papers are choker about the torch, yet not one word is said about the real beauty of an amazing sunrise and all its gifts. Why are so many asleep? xxxx

This is really beautiful, Suzie! In fact, we could view this in support of Psalm 19, which says, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handiwork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.” Nice work, you should be blessed by it too!

Regardless with all the religions and other superstitions tell us, the source of our power is the Sun. May it burn brightly for all our days.

agree, it's a light we can't live without

Seems I've see this before. Heehee Without the sun our days and nights would be frigid and dark. (Like my first wife)
