This is about young love that eventually became no more.

Take me back to the day,
The day when we used to play.
Hand in hand,
Bliss that was so grand.

Take me back to the year,
When all we cried was a crocodile tear.
Hardly without a care,
Unknowing of future burdens to bare.

Take me back to the hour,
Of when things turned sour.
So I can turn away,
And return to my fantasy of yesterday.

Take me back to the day,
The day when we would say,
I love you.
Instead of, I hate you, in all our woe.

You cannot take me back to that day.
That year.
That hour.
So here I stand.
Alone, in my dark hour.
On this day,
Of this year.

I will never return.

I didn't notice you leave!.....honest.
Oh, indeed for another ride on life's roll a coster, and dumping the chumps.

Kewl poem.
