Warming up to believing…

Global warming,

Getting more believers,

Together they are swarming,

To this idea, I too, am warming

The ocean in July,

Never warmer than 70,

This year so far in the upper 70’s,

More like bath water than ocean,

Herein to you I don’t lie…

The air is as well extremely HOT,

Better to sit in a/c and smoke pot,

But the heat I’m afraid is our lot,

I do know I do complain too much,

What can I say; I am an old whining, but wine-less sot…J

We have only been here a few brief centuries.....how can we truly know what the natural cycles are? Who to say we are not meant to become a planet heated......One thing we know our planet is always changing and there are many causes for this. We are always changing.......perhaps we are fighting the change this time? fighting because of the unknown and what we assume.......the change may not appear as we do now...but it does not mean the end..just a change. Poor polar bears I don't think their meant to be with us much longer but it is exciting thinking...whats next?

Another little nasty byproduct is ocean acidification, a fancy word for the ocean becoming more acid. The only fish that could tolerate the acid in Cheat Lake, West Virginia, where I lived, were bullheads. the water, laced with runoff from old mines, was a beautiful blue-green, but dead.

LOL aye, Lake Michigan also has warmed! Out one day in it and it was 73.4 degrees! Incredibly warm, I'm not complaining :)

Naw. Weather just goes in cycles. We may be warming, but man has nothing to do with it. Al Gore. Just a hell-of-a con game to make money.

Creating Hell on Earth, wow, we are a smart species aren't we.
