sometimes we wonder about our love relationship...we try to come out of it and come back to it..really it remains a part of us..however we try to forget..ultimately love wins..

The Signpost

The Signpost.

It is always there

Showing directions

Before you and me

Came here as travelers,

It will continue to be there

After we leave.

Think once

Before we finally

Part our ways…

How we came to be together

Travelling the same path

Never knowing

Where it all began

And where will it end.

Think of it

A bit more deeply

The road still lies

Where it had always been…

Even if all that happened

Before, now, and hereafter.

We shared some moments

Together in oneness,

Brimful of love

And overflowing

Moments after moments

Never thought

It will come to an end.

And now we look back

To the same old trick of

Forging a smile

On our faces

As if we never smiled before.

Think of it…

Everything exists

Simultaneously as if

There was no past

There is no future

Only the present

Only the moment…

We stand at the crossroads

The signpost stands here

Eternally showing us

Roads that lead to

Different destinations.

But do we know..

Where we are going

In our journey of life…?

It is all a mystery..

It had always been. .where

No one ever came back to check..

We are where we are

Due to the journey

We started at the auspicious time.

We did not lack wishes

But we moved on

With hopes in heart

To find ourselves

Here at this cross road..

We have to part now,

It is a must. .and

Don’t blame this signpost

Nor this road..

Make a wish

Close your eyes

Let the words come out

From your heart..

As we have to move on now

Whichever direction you choose,

Life is waiting for you

Even if I would not be there.

In fact I did not exist

When you decided

It was all a mirage.

Towards the horizons

Walk alone…alone only.

As I did the same and arrived here

Before we met.

Leave all behind …

Move on and on.

I will be here only

Expecting you to come back

Before being completely

Lost in oblivion

In the horizons beyond…
