The Voice Of My Heart

Be it the darkest of nights

Or the brightest of days.

Your beauty is always before me,

Waiting to be possessed.

The words that I speak are hollow

And shatter in the wind.

The luminous soul you possess

Is not sated with words.

How can I convey my love

That's beyond life's depths.

If only you could see my heart

And hear my love for thee.

For every beat is like music

Which has a voice of its own.

Then you would know my love

And we would be but one.

They eyes and an inner knowing if you have met face to face. For one's intuitive nature can feel if they only open their mind, soul and heart.

Pledging your love to one who doesn't know about it is almost as frustrating as Cyberspace Piney Woods.
