I hear your whispers
Fully knowing-
You are not here

I feel your caresses
Letting me know
That you are near

Was it my heart
You touched
Did you love me much

Was it that long ago
When our souls entwined
And I was yours, you were mine

Let me lay my leery head
Rest my body so...
Ghosts of yester-year let me go...
