It's not fair! I woke up this morning
and instantly thought about work,
chores and the backlog of things
I've left undone this week.

Did you know that on your
birthday the Sun returns to the
exact position in the sky as it was
the day you were born? This is
called a Solar Return

So, I'm supposed to gaze and
wonder leaving all that stuff
behind  me today and just relax
having fun....what's my problem?

I know...I need friends and
colleagues to help me celebrate
freeing my child within..Will you
join me and free Yours too?

Also as "old" or "young" as you are is as many times that you have traveled around the sun. A fun piece to read John. a pleasure.

Oh yes, deal me in.

yes, Vivian, let's free our children together -
wouldn't that be something!
enjoyed your dry humour and keen observation here
and that meaningful philosophical bent you have

Never knew that thing about the sun, nice to know. I work with kids and can't help noticing how much more they laugh than adults, how come we lose that great gift of happiness so easily. Maybe the inner child needs to get out more. Made me think.

My child within turned out to be an evil imp, Vivian, so maybe you'd better not invite him. Hahah

Didn't know that about the sun, some more word power to fall back on when the conversation begins to lag.

Have fun with the child within party, I'm looking on, my grumpy old guy within won't let me attend.
