Terminated For Poetry In Quicksand Sleep Sorrows

Quicksand sorrows swallows time into deep depressions,

Linen sheets lining a poet’s coffin within hollow cast states.

An American Vietnam Veteran “Terminated for Poetry,”

Love of Uni-Verse inside therapeutic rant release impressions,

Given German Scarlet Letters upon a grave lifelong resume.

Right to Work state will to terminate workers for any darn reason

That workers can be denied Home Sweet Home Alabama rights.

When Free Speech Verse can be denied 24/7 in hidden HR policies,

Where Germany Conglomerate censorship stops poetic house voices

From writing lyrics, gospel; that could be grounds used for dismissal.

Scarlet Letter pain digs deep to reign in hurt that scars life forevermore,

Tattooed stain impressions of “Terminated for Poetry” in self destruction

Upon sheets swallowing that self esteem to wallow inside broken spirits

Of a Shakespeare Dream never “To Be,” with this “Not to be” final ending,

Where a poetic soul disintegrates within a womb of God’s cradling love.

America’s American Dream nightmare of tattered torn weeping tears

In eyes wearing eyelids heavy to gravitate prayers inside distraught sleep.

That expectations will never come, where heart beats must surrender hope.

PTSD of a Germany American Corporate stamp of Terminated for Poetry

Being stenciled in a grave stone dedication attributed to Mercedes Benz.

Mercedes, this David does not want to use sling shot Free Speech

That harms a dynamic product of German American cooperation.

Have pity on an ex American employee by changing a termination status

From “Terminated for Poetry” slap in the face upon my greatest love

That God given gift of being able to use my Uni-Verse without a guilt trip.

I have slept in motels since being branded,

I have no physical home now living on SS and retirements.

You did force me to live my poetic American Dream

With a Terminated for Poetry stained job resume.

That I left my hair grow long in economics,

And God made me this weathered Ben Franklin

That people look down at with Conservative values.

That damn it I just used a curse word

“Mercedes Terminate Me.”

Take away the Terminated for Poetry scar.

You German Goliath Ass wipes

This A)merican S)enior S)urvivor needs pity.

Your HR said I was obscene.

When I refrain from using curse words

That Abuse is an Abomination to humanity

That no Church should prey on the innocents

That the Holocaust should never have happened

In a Christian nation of God Bless Germany.

That in God Bless America a poet was silenced

Then given a hollow cast Terminated for Poetry.

I sit in an Atlanta waiting for something

That will happen

Germans having a heart.

Must I get a lawyer to sue Mercedes,

When they can reach out to settle this.

I must get rid of the Terminated for Poetry

That reign deep in Scarlet Letters of pain .

You can have a Atlanta lawyer question me

For God’s sake I will pay to go to Germany

Just to get this PTSD out of my poetic soul.

Look at this poem do you see the need

The intensity that is boiling in turmoil

Where I must rant and vent in my therapy.

I cannot live in this invisible prison forevermore

Called Goliath Freedom and Democracy

But live in the quill of my Uni-Verse

That God gave a gift of verse to David.

(Written in three days where I slept more than I was awake. It seems to be getting worse where the writing cannot release it fast enough and I hit the sheets of my new prison. I do not expect people to understand, why I must follow an impossible task, but the hidden signs are there that I must keep fighting, or everything is lost. )
