I am perplexed by the failings of men
Oh how strong they look sitting from their
high and mighty fortress of worn aged stone.
Suits fit to rotting bodies
yet they are unaware of deaths immortal grip
They are like worms in the dirt of their own existence
they know not of the futility of useless tasks
taking up precious time and resources they
plunder away, O' but all seems lost doesn't it?
I am bewildered by their smug smiles
their contentious way of trying to sway us to
their sinking ships, their sandy foundations.
Seemingly like Gods to some, I see the true
colors of their immortality but some are swayed
to those wolves in sheeps clothing!
I am saddened by the plight of many who
are sucked into their thorny lairs and deep eternal
abysses. There is no escape, no reconciliation
exists for those who choose darkness over the light
Those once proud and haughty men who
glared from their fortresses will fall one day!
God is the only one who can save them yet
they hear him not because their ears have
been fused by their pride, their eyes closed
by temptation and their heads blown up
by their own distorted self egos, lives
will be destroyed by their own hands,
including their own,
all that will be left of them is the nothingness
that brought them here to begin with, a place
of thieves and murderers. In the end, they will
pay. We will all pay for our ignorance.
Ignorance is bliss! Consequences from our own ignorance is
Repent O high and mighty men of the world, of our country,
Repent and leave that high and mighty fortress throne for the one true God
who sits at the right hand of the father!
He alone deserves that holy chair!
