When I put my pen to that paper
And I close my eyes
I am oblivious
The world could end
I still wouldn't know
I am at peace
I don't hear the screams
Or the pain of this old world
I don't see the beggars hand
When my pen
Comes crashing down
To the meager amount of paper
I am great
I can scream words upon words
But It wouldn't do much
But when I write..
A certain immovable force takes control over me
I am out of this world
I am on a cloud
Writing with a raindrop
The misty clouds cover me with a shroud
I don't need to see
I just write
Power comes from the tip of that pen
My heart, my mind and soul
Become in sync with my mind
For those that need to think before they write
I pity them
Real talent is not in the thinking
Or the projectory of what you are going to write
It is in the soul
Once you can put your soul on that paper
And say: I gave it every ounce of me
Every cell block that is me is on that paper
When you can look your opponents
In it's eyes and say
Damn! I wrote my soul.
