To that, I would add, house arrest for all DNA proved fathers, with their babies until the kids are 6 or so and can tell to old man off. Moms, on the other hand, can leave the house to work or socialize whenever they want. Unfortunately, we live in a messy world where problems don't have simple solutions like you suggest. Some political rhetoric is like that--totally unworkable--but appealling to the listener. Hence your comment about politicians. Ron
