 Coins

Darkness settles

Wrapping around

Holding us close

A jingling sound.

Enthusiasm abounds

We try to settle in.

A soft whimper

Becomes a subtle sound.

Will tomorrow come

A new day unfold's?

Will a story be told

Amongst the coins?

I often think about any piece of money, who touched it and there story. You made me think of it again as a look at and hold a quarter. As always your poetry is first rate.......GOD BLESS YOU and Yours.

Nice poetic thoughts Deborah.

If I see gold verses copper pennies we can be in for a very interesting ride indeed.

God bless you with love, peace and much success,

John Michael
