Right where she should be:
home. Where she belongs,
not stuck in some hospital
bed. But that's right where
she was, me alongside ---
where I should be. For five
long days. She was sick.
Very sick. Had me worried.
Doctors and nurses gave
good care and she's on the
mend: thank You, Lord,
that my twin sister is home.

Many twins are like one person, which , I think, might be the case with your sister Karen. The love you share is so apparent in your loyal, kind words of her. Beautifully done; a very special write. God bless you and your twin and may she be well very soon.

| Oh, Karla, Praise God. I know that at once you were glad to be there and hated the helplessness of being there. I am so glad she made it through and you are BOTH home. A severe illness and hospitalization are also traumatic for the ones who love the patient, so, hugs to you both! Lovely poem too, of course. Be well, Kathy |

I know it was an ordeal, but I'm glad you're both okay. My twin is 900 miles away so the chances that he would join me in the hospital room are almost zilch.
