Cynthia wants to believe Todd, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easy. Then again, is he really worth her while?

Well might you yet quite over-reach yourself
while night frets the mantle of our failed fate.
Now shirks the murky contagious clouds’ pelf
in surfeits of a thick rich foggy state.
Do you dare to imagine we might yet…
we might yet venture together again?
How dare you my heart so doubtful  a get,
so bold an adventure, so rash, so vain?
But you are bankrupt, as flush clouds arise.
Your penury cries; it pleads; it’s in rags.
What truth if any between your lines lies
begs for a truce, lingers long and then lags.
Still, I do hear all your sorrowful pleas.
Would that they were true .  They might well appease.

I don't know if I have "said" this before but I think you are a modern Shakespeare. You seem very adept at something that, to me, would be difficult at best. Merci, Roger. Love and peace,

I CAN'T TAKE THIS ROGER!!! CYNTHIA CAN'T BE THAT STUPID...I MEAN REALLY. OH DEAR LORD, PLEASE HELP HER! THE FACT THAT SHE'S EVEN 'CONSIDERING' HIS WORDS...UPSETS ME. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HIS WORDS TRUE OR NOT...WHY WOULD SHE WANT SUCH A PERSON WHO OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HIS OWN MIND??!!! I MEAN...IF HE MADE A DECISION BE MAN ENOUGHT TO AT LEAST STICK TO IT! SHE HAS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT HIM...MEANING; HIS PERSONALITY, HIS ABILITY TO HURT, HIS CHARACTER, HIS UNRELIABILITY....HIM!!!! WHEN YOU ARE WITH SOMEONE AND YOU ARE IN LOVE WITH THEM YOU DON'T SEE ANY OF THESE THINGS...IT IS ONLY WHEN YOU ARE NO LONGER TOGETHER THAT YOU CAN SEE WHO AND WHAT THEY REALLY ARE! CYNTHIA HAS HAD A CHANCE TO SEE TODD FOR WHO HE REALLY IS AND THIS IS NOT WHO SHE LOVED. SHE LOVED A FACADE, SHE LOVED THE PERSON WHO SHE THOUGHT HE WAS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT...I JUST CAN'T SEE IT! IF SHE DOES BACK WITH HIM I THINK I'LL JUST KEEL OVER AND KNICK UP THE ROSES! HONESTLY! WELL, I'M THROUGH, I'M OUTTA HERE! I AM SO SPENT, I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY BUT...GOODBYE UNTIL NEXT TIME! LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
