Mother Earth by M R Wood Sunday, October 20, 2002 Share Print Save Become a Fan Moonlight, silver beaded, cascading strands adorn her Starlight, heaven’s diamonds, surround her every move Dawn’s golden hues light up the skies and she awakens Her colors rich, a vivid reminder of her universal beauty Glorious, suspended in the void, Mother Earth regales A paradise lost to man’s arrogance Abusers of God’s glorious creation She awaits rebirth, a new awakening Her nature harmonious with the infinite Copyright © Michael R Wood 2002
