There's a new angel in Heaven tonight;
Two-year-old boy, with his brown eyes so bright!

Had cancer, suffered from much pain;
His family cried over him, again and again.

He didn't deserve this; he was just a little boy;
He was the light and centerpiece of his family's joy!

He suffered much, this was easy to tell;
From what I heard, this little boy went through hell.

But You Mercifully took him home to You,
And his days of pain and sadness are through!!

He is now a tiny angel, testing out his new wings,
And I am sure Zackary loves the thrill they bring!!

He is now with You, resting happily in Your Arms,
And I am sure he is busily turning on the charm!!

So, Jesus, I say to you now, watch over him today;
And let his family be reunited with him one day!!

This is not only for Zackary's family; this is also dedicated to Linda Hill, who so faithfully kept us informed about this little one and his progress regarding his illness. May all who knew him be comforted with God's Grace and Mercy, and may He give all a sense of peace and comfort that passes all understanding.

This is beautiful, death is life, and life is death. He shall return without pain. He's here for a short visit but he shall return. Your poetry touches my heart. Calms the inner spirit of fear of the new world.

Karen, I don't know how I missed
this on the board. Thank you for
this wonderful tribute to little
Zack! He is truly running with the
angels and free of pain, but it
hurts to wonder what kind of life he
could have had...and never got the
chance. I feel so for the family..and
what they must be going through. God bless
you , Karen, for your caring heart and
soul. ((((((( Huggs )))))))))
