| Heartfelt, a great catharsis with an excellent rhyme scheme. Fear sucks but it's a great alarm system. Sorry you experienced this, but these cretins will doubtlessly be in prison soon enough. (Thanks for reviewing HAUNTED, too) Keep up the good work...love ya, KK |

Karen,
First of all, HUGS to you. God made us as humans to be intellegent, sometimes we are too stupid to realize it. Animals are lucky in that their defenses are automatic, like the porcupine and the skunk... Just to make you smile.
Hugs,
The Voice

| So sad that there are punks in life to always act like the world owed them a living and to take out their frustrations on those unable to defend themselves. They are really bullies and cowards. Sorry you had to go through it. Hope it stays calm for you. |

Hi Karen,
Unfortunately small minds think alike. People always fear what they don't understand, and they are probably more afraid than you were but more capable to pick on someone as a group. I have gotten in trouble a few times in my life protecting the "nerds" in school because I wouldn't let them pick on someone. I was fortunate to be big enough to show them the other side of the coin and then their parents had nerve enough to come to my house and blame ME for the beatin' they received but that never stopped me from coming to their aid. Thank you for sharing what has to be a horrible experience. Gregg |

I will not say im sorry for you, I feel sorry for the punks...for being ignorant. I do know what it is to be scared for my life. Use this to make yourself a stronger and better person. Pave the way for others who were in your position, let them know...it can be over come.
your fear is well written. thank you for sharing. |

{{ hugs }} I think many of us can relate to fear.. of some kind or another. its sad that the kids were scaring you though.. They should be more wary of a person carrying a cane.. Those cane's can be used for more than ading in walking ;) Not to worry. I will never sneak up on ya. (grin) I don't want to get whapped..
Love ya
