strolling down a memory lane
humming by a buzzing bush
whistling soulful tune
waltzing the Danube
whirring breeze stirs
stuttering heart strings
waking a longing

the chant
beating stretched hides
over druming body
slight of shape shifts
curves concieve
whispers of wistful dance
consumating love
covers pleasure passions
on picnic blanket
bathed in moonlit bay
sails unfurl on silver cove
ticking a tasket
lovers exclaim

the chant
trails twist & turn
into bountiful busts
of intertwined allure
humming, whistling, waltzing
belting out a cry
of orgasmic surprise
ecstatic noise of joy

the chant
drumed our beauty
we danced as one
strutting, stretching, longing
melodic, romantic, musing
strolling down a memory lane

This has the rhythm of a heartbeat Dale. What lay in our hearts is the capacity for pure joy. It still beats there. Tho subdued by time and weariness we can find it again. Ty for reminding us...Lin

Blimey, great memories here, Dale... what's that you said on my page, about "just keeping on doing whatever it is I do" - well, just you keep right on doin it! :)) This is tantalising and intriguing, but the pulse and rhythm keep us locked in the tender grip of it so you take us right to that "ecstatic noise" and back again. This is the kind of drumming, chanting rhythm that beats to the very force of life itself. Neat and very cool. TY Kate xx HEY!! How has there managed to be two of me?! S'normally not allowed... my two heads must be showing... :))
