His laughter spreadl like quicksilver.
Love rippled from His depths
Bursting to shower all 'round,
Rising from the ooze of earth,
Scaling dogma's structured heights,
Floating on the wings of wind,
Embracing all with warmth,
Touching stone hearts,
'Til the knowing world stopped,
Awestruck by this dance of Life.
Sour grit left by Sorrow lay untouched.

For this the sentence cast...
Wiles of wickedness
Pinioned Him to the tree,
Extinguishing mercurial light.
With evil glee, death bound Him tight.
Yet, Light's laughter soon broke free.
Man's Son arose in ecstasy.
