|Greetings Karen! I guess everyone has nightmares from time to time but I don't remember the last time I had one. I'm sure it was many years ago for me. Not sure what the successful formula is but I do find that if I read something humerous or inspirational before I sleep I often have dreams that are associated with those last thoughts of the day. I also believe living as stress free life as possible makes for more positive dreams. - Vic|

Great write! I have learned to deal with my nightmares by only sleeping 3 hours a night. That way they never get started.

|Loved this Karen. I love all your work. Did you hear about the man who took a bale to bed with him so he could feed his nightmares? Ok so it isn't very funny? Just smile for me. Bill|

This was cool! I have nightmares all the time! LOL! Seriously I do, but then you wake up and Woosh gone! Most of the time, our nightmares aren't actually nightmares, just inner messages trying to tell us something.
Mine usually say...Wake Up and figure it out! LMAO!!
