a cage of thoughts, the one I live in
with bars made of feelings, let love be the strongest one
a prison of me, inside me, the shape of my heart
a prison too big to walk, too small to hide
an airport, a ticket, a long way to fly
for some, it’s a life trip, for me it’s a day
Stumbling across the borders of my universe, I am scared
and there, I stand, watching a freedom fading away
my heart is beating, my thoughts want to travel
what is a thought, I wonder, if not free
let me stretch my borders, I beg you, for one last time
let me love more, You, that can fit Freedom in a cage
throwing love and free mind in one world, was a crime
I broke those bars, and ran back in
What is freedom good for, if you can’t love it
What is love good for, if it grows in a cage
What is good, to be good, please tell me
Tomorrow I am making my own world
