With a gentle glow they shine so bright.
Not very large but my what a sight.
Out at night for all the world to see. Like small marbles of light what else would they be.

Glistening and gleaming they light up the sky.
Hanging out with the moon their along for the ride.
When nightfall has ended the stars begin to fade.
So make a wish on a star and you'll definetely have it made.
