The Knife In My Back

The knife is deep,
I can feel it in my back.
The way you betrayed me,
I'll never look back.

It touches my heart,
I can see you laughing at me.
It may be funny to you,
but it will be me laughing soon, you'll see.

The place is quiet,
you are there alone.
Can you see me?
Can you hear me?

You turn,
I swing,
I laugh,
you sting.

See how it feels,
the hurt and pain inside.
I hope you go for ever,
because of what you did to me.

Now the laughing is gone,
all because you are not here.
You can't say those things anymore,
boo hoo, I shed a tear.

Very nice write, i especially love the "I turn, you swing, I laugh, you sting" that was a very clever use of words :)
