I am thankful for a lot of things in my life;
Because of them, I don't have so much strife.

My blessings are many, but here are but a few;
I would like to list my blessings to share with you.

1.) I am thankful for my family and my home;
Because of them, I no longer feel so alone.

2.) I am thankful for my friends and for my school;
Because I am doing better this year, school is cool!

3.) I'm thankful that I've lived as long as I have done;
In fact, since I know Jesus, life for me is so FUN!!

4.) I am thankful that I live in America, as I am free;
Many people in this world aren't free or have dignity.

5.) I am thankful for my parents who love me so;
They say I am the best little boy that they know!!

6.) I am thankful for all of my sisters and brothers;
For they are my family, and aren't like no other!

7.) I am thankful that I know Jesus Christ as Lord;
Because of that, Heaven will soon be my Reward!

8.) Even though I am disabled, I could be worse;
It sure helps having mama, as she is a nurse!

9,) I am thankful for Ginger, my helper friend,
She'll make sure I get her help, even to the end!

10.) And I am thankful for my brother, Erick,
Even when he tries to play one of his tricks!

I have many more things to be thankful for,
But I can't seem to think of too many more!
