This is a new poem that I just wrote. I am Thankful and believe that the Lord has touched me and healed my broken heart because I have made a withdrawal from the heavenly bank of God's love. My grief is much less now than it was when my son first died.

THANK YOU

Thank You for the life we live
Thank You for the chance to give.
Sometime Thank You can be sad
Such when things do happen bad.
Each and every time we pray,
There is some gratitude to say.
Who is He that we can Thank?
Is there up above a bank?
Yes, there is a bank above
It's filled with multitudes of love.
We the mortal, make a withdrawal,
We catch the Love as we catch a ball
Our hearts we open to recieve
For when we don't we surely grieve.
So today if you may,
Think of each and every way,
That God has given unto you,
Of ways to heal your heart so blue.
He will always be so very near
Because to Him you are specially dear.
