No better time than the present, to do some self reflecting

I take the time to reflect on things that use to matter, but matter no more.
The changing times and my personal evolving has opened my mind’s door.
We often say things to and about each other without realizing depth of our words.
Self-reflection can do so much in both our spiritual and personal life.
Do people see you as you see yourself?
When you look in the mirror what reflection, do you see?
The reflection I speak of is not the obvious one, but the one we often over-look.
We can put make up on the most visible one, add cream to soften the areas which are not.
We make sure our clothes are nice and neat, not one hair out of spot.
Where can we buy a treatment, for the reflection not seen with the naked eye?
Can you imagine what would happen if we took the same time and effort to work on our inner self?
A kind word can go straight to the soul; a cruel word can touch the heart.
Self- reflection is one of the hardest things to do.
For if your not honest, the person that hurts is you.
I have come to realize that people will always have things to say.
I prefer the good, but I also have to accept the bad.
There will come a time when we all do some reflecting.
I am still working on my reflection; I have to do this for me.
There are times that even I do not like the reflection I see.
I will continue to make changes on my inner-reflection.
The quest for a perfect reflection, must not be infinity.

Yes you must indeed accept it all. Reminds me of a thought i had today saw a magpie and you know the one for sorrow thing. I thought well that could be true but it doesnt apply cos theres suffering everywhere but you can live along side it. MMM I hope you realise the dharma and the non-self. Namaste
