Twilight Time

we've reached that time
in our Love's rhyme...
Twilight Time.

Our Day is done.
but, Night's not yet come.

Twilight Time.
when the Light fades
and shadows shade
our Love's rhyme.

you're movin' on.
i'm hangin' on.
Life keeps goin' on.
the setting of Our Sun.

soon it will be Night.
but for now,
it's Twilight.

The twilight of love is the mellowest time and the most dangerous sometimes. It edges upon a crossroad. I love your poem.
Peace and light,
Susan
