a 21st century re-write of the classic

 By way of beginning

God spoke
“Let there be matter and energy”

And there was matter
And there was energy

Again God Spoke
“These are the laws of matter and of energy.”

God spoke,
“Let there be Galaxies, Suns are Planets”

And there were Galaxies
And there were Suns
And there were Planets

Again God spoke:
“These are the Laws of Galaxies, Suns, and planets”

God spoke
“Let there be air and water:
Let there be Sea and Sky”

And there was air and water
And there was sea and sky

Again God spoke:
“These are the laws of air and water;
these are the laws of sea and sky”

And God spoke
“Let there be life
and let it change and grow,
evolving to meet the demands of living...”

And there was life
teeming, growing emerging life

Again God spoke:
“These are the laws of life
that it may adapt to its environments...”

These are the laws of life
that it may adapt to its environments.... But why can't the heart adapt???
It fails you...and the demands of love...gggrrr
