(I'm writing this poem because on my job some important peon employees go unappreciated by some, you know, the high in the sky people of pie.)))))***** |

Oh sure I'm a manager, a supervisor on my job of pay
I have others working under me and I go out of my way, to show that I appreciate them everyday, in every way, in work and in the break play, oh yes I do mingle, do single, and try to make them tingle
You see I remember when I was the low man on the totem pole, the one in the hole, being told, get to work quick and make the product perk, for if you do anything less, and not your best, out the door you go jerk
I don't ever forget, being on the bottom of the pit, taking the jerk supervisors s--t, knowing he wasn't legit, hell use to make me want to quit
The peon, the little man, ever been there in your life span, well you should know how it feels, sometimes it breaks wills, then at time it kills
If you're sitting on the top of pile, take a moment to look down once and awhile, it want make you a chump child, hell it might make you feel good and give you a feel good smile

Hi Grady:
Nice to meet you. Nice photo. you've put up in your BIO. I was going to leave you a comment on your message board, but when I clicked on "message board" it prompted me to sign in, so I've signed in with my own user name and password, but that took me to my own BIO's page, it didn't take me to your message board. I don't know if it's a cliche in the system that AD has to fix. Hope everything is working fine. Thank you for your wonderful comments to my poetry!

| Grady I spent a lot of my life as a peon. Sometimes the managers and owners are very unfair and expect more than you can or want to give. Needless to say I have had many many jobs. Mostly laborer jobs. But luckily I was able to rise just enough to find dignity in my work. Thank you for being understanding. Bill |
