They always make sure you know you're dying, but if you want to live long, then you must see them often and take some medicine which they say will help you live for another 20 to 30 problem if you listen to their advice.....and give them some more money......

WOW! That really packs a punch, more than I expected! "Ghuts"? The use of the simpler, more colloquial (one l or two?) really adds to the power of this. Excellent write. Mal.
