|Bravo..great write richard..I know you...I know you dont condone killing..I wonder if a person is confronted by another with a knife...ready to be pierced into their heart...what would they do...just stand there? because it is not right to kill? Gosh we need some sense here...I am not for war...nor killing ...I am for defense...and I think this is an awesome poem..thanks for it richard.you are just showing how foolish some people are..Floria|

|The Creator, whatever you choose to call Him/Her weeps each time His/Her name is used as an excuse to kill one of those created with such love. Thank you for writing this piece.|

|my god is greater
So true, right there!/ ignorance is not always 'bliss'/ you write with conviction and begin w/the absurdity of what has been going on for ages/(and for that matter, so many other problems, 'in the name of 'my/no your' "god", so much that is far from innocent/people will argue to the point of 'hatred' even when it doesn't lead directly to war, but, hatred breeds in the name of 'Religious'(sic) Fervor, / this may be 'opinion', most certainly poetry! as human nature defined within, and no, it ain't always pretty, as you allow us to see...!!!
