| If you are a traitor, my dear, so am I, and a majority of Americans. Read my poem Bubba, the Not So Great, and you'll see what I mean. You keep praying and standing up for your beliefs, that what America's freedom is. |

You are not alone: Former US president Jimmy Carter, this year's Nobel Peace Prize winner, called Friday for DISARMAMENT BY THE UNITED STATES, which has taken the lead in urging such countries as North Korea and Iraq to destroy their weapons of mass destruction.
"One of the things that the United States government has not done is to try to comply with and enforce international efforts targeted to prohibit the arsenals of BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS THAT WE OURSELVES HAVE," Carter said. Will these uninformed critics now call a former President a Traitor, too? |

good write!
one of the conscepts of British democracy that the American democracy never incorporated was that of "Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition". The existance of the Opposition in parliament reminds us that the loyal citizen may legitimately oppose the government w/o being called a "traitor".
this is a good write

| You keep praying Thelma. I do feel however only time will tell if this is a just war, if we are truly committed to liberating the Iraqi people, and we stay the course, you will see Iran's population liberate themselves from their religious leaders, and the could follow several others in the region. A very close friend of mine e mailed me that they have had to turn thousands of Iraqi soldiers back who tried to surrender even before the war has started, also, in Iran, that the people are armed and ready to take back their country. Pray for peace and freedom. |

| Thelma, good write. I'm with you. Peace Not War. It is just great that we have the freedom to express our own opinions without reprocussions. Many are not afforded that priviledge. |
