My Love For You

Blown by the wind
The old and feeble
Yellow leaf falls
And dies in the land

Time conquers….

Pristine new leaf blooms
Adorns the adult tree
Tree becomes greener
Happily the wind blows

Time conquers….

Again the green leaves
Turns into the yellow
Comes the wind again
Yellow leaves falls
And dies in the land
But the root remains
Holding the tree firm
And it never abandons
The tree until the end

Love conquers…

My love for you is that
Of the root to the tree
I will hold you forever
With the clutch of love
And if I were to perish
I will perish with thee
But like those leaves
I will never leave you
Reviled and unclothed
For my love for you
Is that of the root
To the tree
