Iam blessed For I don’t need Any mortal to keep me happy Iam blessed For now I see Life and its beauty Iam done waiting for hours Now I smile with the flowers Iam blessed For now I know You cant always reap What you sow Its amazing how we fight Things meant to turn right And reach upon that stage Of self indulged plight Life is meant to learn From people and past in turn So that when exposed to fire Like others we don’t burn Iam blessed For I know what’s fake Soon I made my mistakes Don’t know how much was learnt But iam fresh with all stale burnt Iam blessed Cause once again I see the joy in rain I’ve found there’s so much more Yet to be explored I pity my innocent mind For long I’d been blind Eyes are not what it takes To picture beautiful lakes Iam blessed God gave me My lifes lost zeal Its there in all of us Its only for us to feel Everyones blessed We just have to see What separates us Into ‘you’ and ‘me’
